Dear new clients,

Regarding the registration for the next school vacations, think about it to organize your next vacation and book in advance!

We look forward to your booking requests! Please remember that you will be bringing and collecting your pet during our opening hours, i.e. usually one day before your departure to drop off your pet and, depending on the time of your return, one day after your trip to collect it. Please check again the date of your desired stay before submitting the form. Thank you for your help!

Very important message for all dog-owners

In order to protect all the dogs in our care, as of January 1st, 2023, ONLY INJECTABLE VACCINE "EURICAN PNEUMO" (Boehringer Ingelheim) or Nobivac Respira (MSD) will be accepted as a vaccine or booster against kennel cough. Please inform your veterinarian before your first vaccination or annual booster.

Of course, all nasal or oral kennel cough vaccines administered BEFORE this date are accepted and valid for one year.

We would like to thank all veterinarians in Luxembourg and the Greater Region for their valuable cooperation!

Monday to Saturday: 16.00 -19.00 pm
Wednesday closed: except "drop off & collect" between 11.45 and 12.15 by appointment (except during summer vacation)
Sunday and public holidays: 5pm and 7pm (please check exceptions for holidays)
