Dear customer, here is how to calculate the total price for your pet's stay:

The day of arrival and the day of departure are each counted as a normal day. For example, if you drop off your pet on Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and pick it up on Sunday between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., you will be charged for 3 days and not 2 nights. Therefore, count by calendar day and not by night.

  • The cost for a weekend for a dog is then: 3 x 32 Euros = 96 Euros (including VAT, of course)
  • If you have a small dog weighing less than 10 kg and belonging to one of the breeds listed below, your rate will be 3 x 29 Euros = 87 Euros
  • If you have a dog that must stay alone in a kennel, is unsociable, or belongs to one of the very dominant breeds, your rate will be: 3 x 34 euros = 102 euros.
  • If you have a second dog, add the reduced daily rate for it: 3 x 23 = 69 euros. This reduced rate for the second dog only applies if your two dogs can share a room or kennel.
  • If you have three dogs, simply calculate 3 x 23 Euros (reduced rate) if your three dogs can stay together.
  • If you have one cat: 3 x 19 = 57 Euros
  • If you have two cats: (3 x 19) + (3 x 19) = 114 Euros

If you book a stay during a school holiday period, you will need to choose the daily rates under the “school holidays” column. For all school holiday periods, an advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Small dogs: Bichon, Toy Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Shih Tzu, Pug, Westie, Miniature Dachshund, Cairn Terrier, Cavalier King Charles, Miniature Pinscher, Pekingese, Coton de Tuléar, Lhasa Apso, Japanese Spaniel, Pomeranian, Papillon, Petit Brabançon, Chinese Crested Dog, Norwich Terrier, and all mixes resembling the breeds listed above in terms of size and, above all, character.

Large dog breeds that must be kept alone in a kennel for safety reasons: Rottweiler, Dutch Shepherd, Malinois Shepherd, German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Akita Inu, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, Yugoslavian Shepherd, Caucasian Shepherd, Bordeaux/French Mastiff. If you have two dogs of these breeds, they can of course stay together if you wish.

Booking conditions

  • The daily rates are non-negotiable and the balance of the stay must be paid at the latest at the time of the animal's pick-up, either by card or in cash. Payment by bank transfer after the animal has been picked up is not accepted. Any day started is due in its entirety.
  • Availability for school vacations is always limited and early booking is required during these busy periods. In the event that the boarding facility is full, you have the option of placing your cat or dog on the waiting list.
  • For all reservations during school vacations, a deposit is required to validate the reservation. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the reservation will be considered null and void.
  • During school holidays, the entire stay is due as booked, even in the case of early return.
