Your profile

We would be delighted to welcome you if you:

  • are a qualified veterinary assistant or have equivalent training in the animal field;
  • genuinely love dogs, cats, horses, birds and rodents and know how to interact with them gently;
  • are versatile, organised, independent and motivated;
  • are friendly, patient and have excellent customer service skills;
  • are fluent in French or German (English = an asset) and are comfortable with computers;
  • are available to work some weekends and public holidays;
  • have a category B driving licence.

Your main tasks

In this essential role within our team, you will be required to:

  • ensure the daily well-being of the animals and the maintenance of their spaces;
  • accompany the dogs during outings to the play areas;
  • administer medication if necessary and provide basic care (baths, etc.);
  • welcome customers, answer the telephone and manage bookings;
  • giving guided tours and presenting the kennel's organisation to new customers;
  • contributing to the smooth running of daily activities and taking on certain internal responsibilities.

Daily organisation

Our kennel operates 7 days a week according to a monthly schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

  • Start of the day: 8:30 a.m. – walking the dogs and first care.
  • Break: 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon: 3:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – walks, welcoming customers, tours, meals and monitoring animal welfare.

We are offering a part-time position (34 to 39 hours per week) within a small, dynamic team in a rapidly expanding company.
